Running coaching in Cedar Park.

A training plan is only as good as the body that has to run it. Yours comes from a Doctor of Physical Therapy who builds injury prevention into every week, not just your mileage.

What It Is

A plan, not just a workout.

Running coaching here isn’t a single session. It’s ongoing: we build a structured training plan around your goal, your current mileage, and your schedule, then keep shaping it as the weeks go on.

The difference is where that plan comes from. It’s built with a physical therapist’s clinical eye on injury prevention, not just a coach’s eye on pace. Load, recovery, and workout structure are all weighed against what your body can actually handle right now.

Life doesn’t follow a training calendar, so your plan won’t either. As your mileage builds, your schedule shifts, or something starts to feel off, we adjust the plan with you, week to week.

Questions, Answered

Running coaching, no mystery.

Running analysis is a one-time look at your form. Performance coaching is a set strength program alongside your training. Running coaching is different: it’s ongoing. We build your training plan and adjust it week to week as your mileage and life change. Because it comes from a Doctor of Physical Therapy, injury prevention is built into the plan from day one, not added after something starts to hurt.

Not at all. A goal race gives us a clear target to build the plan around, but it’s not required. Plenty of runners use this coaching just to stay consistent, build a base, and avoid the aches that come from doing too much too soon.

No. Running coaching is a self-pay service, the same way Performance Coaching and Running Analysis work here. It isn’t billed to insurance. Call us at (737) 777-8343 if you have questions about cost before you book.
