We assess your current strength and running.
You’re not hurt, you’re chasing a number. A PR, a race date, a season where training builds instead of breaks you down. This is strength and run coaching in one plan, built by a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
What It Is
Most runners chasing a goal end up stitching together a running coach and a gym program that never talk to each other. Your mileage goes up the same week your squats do, and something eventually gives.
Performance coaching bundles strength training and run coaching into one integrated program. The same person building your long runs is building your lifts, so the two never work against each other.
That person is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, not just a coach with a stopwatch. You get a cause-first evaluation of how you move before your plan is written, so the training that makes you faster is also the training that keeps you healthy.

Questions, Answered
Yes, that’s exactly who this is built for. This isn’t a pain-treatment plan, it’s a performance program for runners who feel good and want to get faster. You’ll still start with a cause-first evaluation, but we’re looking at your strength and running mechanics, not a diagnosis. From there, we build a plan with an endpoint: your PR, your race day, your goal.
A running coach can build you a great workout calendar. What they usually can’t do is tell you when a mileage jump is about to turn into a bone stress injury or a strength imbalance is about to become a limp. Here, you’re working one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, every visit, who understands injury risk as well as pace. You get the training and the guardrails in the same plan.
Generally, no. Because this is a performance program and not treatment for an injury, insurance doesn’t typically apply, and there’s no copay to verify. Instead, performance coaching is a self-pay service with a straightforward, upfront cost, so you know exactly what you’re paying for before you start. Questions before then?
