Sam Gallardo is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) with specialized training and expertise in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation. He earned his DPT from Northwestern University, a well-respected institution for physical therapy education. He is board-certified in orthopedic physical therapy and has developed advanced protocols for safe return to sport, running, and lifting. With a passion for helping runners, athletes, and active individuals, Dr. Gallardo is dedicated to guiding you toward healthier training and a pain-free lifestyle.
